Intended for new clients, this session is an introduction to reiki, to your practitioner, and to our unique approach. Includes pre-session consult, 45 minutes of reiki and 15 minute post-session reflection + chakra insights.

This is an opportunity for stillness and to be deeply held and supported during your session. Together we create space and safety for restored energy flow, nervous system regulation, and reconnection to our bodies, setting the stage for true healing to happen.

All reiki sessions include breathwork to ground in & out, optional essential oils, hot stones, and eye pillows.

About

Mandi is a Reiki Practitioner, CYT-200, with additional trainings in trauma-informed yoga and space holding. She currently offers Reiki Energy Healing sessions and non-therapeutic Indie Head Massages. Her unique approach to each session aims to create supportive space for safety and ultimate relaxation to set the stage for natural healing to happen.

Offering a soft place to land for those seeking balance, stress-relief, and relaxation. Each session is an opportunity to find stillness and promote relaxation to calm the nervous system and release any energy blockages within the body. Truly something to be experienced!

I've been doing Reiki with Mandi for a couple months now and each experience is more profound than the next. I have become more in touch with my inner chakras after each session.
